All 3 of these innovative print processes are produced and applied right here in the UK using our state of the art machinery.
So, you can recreate yours or your client's logo and apply it to almost every style within our 256 SKU range.
Having the ability to offer a fully integrated in-house service enables us to offer very quick lead-time and low MOQ's, with no additional waiting time from external suppliers.
Turn-around times are as little as 2 weeks from approval, and the MOQ is just 50 units per order.

HOW IT WORKS
The process starts with a Vectored image which can be manipulated and resized without any loss of quality.
Once the sizing has been agreed the artwork is sent to our production team who then cut out the logo using our latest technology.
It is then carefully trimmed and weeded by our team, ready to be heat pressed onto your chosen cap, for a strong and long-lasting bond.
